Conditions: In the event that a product purchased from us does not come with a warranty, rest assured that we provide a 30-day warranty starting from the delivery date. Within the warranty period, Crypto Miner Online will cover the shipping costs for a replacement unit.
Please note that the warranty provided only applies to the original purchaser who directly bought the machine from us. Once the miner is resold, the responsibility for warranty coverage shifts to the re-seller.
It is essential to use the product in accordance with the given instructions, specifications, and conditions provided. Any unauthorized changes to the function settings of the unit without prior consent from Crypto Miner Online may result in the voiding of the warranty.
In such cases, we cannot be held liable for any damages that may arise as a consequence.
Due to frequent fluctuations in cryptocurrency miner prices and demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on miner purchases except for in warranty situations.
We thoroughly test all mining equipment prior to shipment to ensure products are functioning properly and without defects. All sales of miners are final.
However, if your miner arrives damaged, defective, or if you experience technical problems during the warranty period, please contact our support team immediately at info@cryptominers.com. We will work to diagnose the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
In eligible warranty cases, we will repair or replace the miner at our discretion. Refunds are granted only if we are unable to provide a satisfactory resolution after reasonable attempts.
